福岡中心に食べ歩きしている、もりP〜です(^^)
普段は来ない呉服町辺りで久々に時間ができた言うことで、寒いし早く帰ろうかなぁぁー、、、とか思いつつも前々から気になっていた店に寄ってみることに
本日お邪魔したのは、、、
『お好み焼き 鉄板焼き ひなや』

まず最初に大事なことなので一言だけ言わせてください。

よし。ありがとうございます。時間さかせてスマせん。
では、
ほかのクチコミを見ていると、福岡のお好み焼きの名店『ふきや』さんに似ているというのが多いのですが、実は『ふきや』さんに行ったことないので分からないっていうのを前提に聞いてください。これで「いやその特徴はふきややん！」ってなったらそういうことです。
しかし、というのもこのお店、ふきやの暖簾分けのお店なんで似ていて当然なんですけどね笑
まず、ここのお好み焼きは始めに書いたようにかなり大きめ。でもってかなり分厚い。そのためなのか、焼いている様子を見ているとかなり外側が黒くなってカリカリになるまで焼くなぁという印象だったが、なかはまだトロトロの状態で提供される。これが苦手な人には向いていないかもしれないが、自分はこの生な感じも好きなのでとても良い。
このトロトロな生地とサクサクなキャベツがマッチしていて食感をとても良くしている。
次に気になったのが、ここのお好みソース。かなりドロっとしていて見るからに濃厚なのが分かる。もちろん食べたら喉に残るような濃厚さが伝わってくる。酒に合う。つまりベリーナイスゥ！！
卓上には、マヨネーズとわさびマヨソースが提供されている。これがまた特徴的で面白い。
好奇心旺盛な自分はなんの気の迷いでか、、マヨネーズを、、、直で、、、、うむ、かなりあっさりしている！そしてすこし辛子マヨネーズのような辛さも感じる！！
これは多分濃厚なソースに合うように作らているのだろう。。
次にもちろんわさびマヨネーズを、、、直で、、、、これまたあっさり！ツンとした風味はほとんどないのが少し残念だが、味を崩さないためだろうか。
ただどちらにしてもお好み焼きとの相性は抜群！
ここまで今回頼んだ肉玉についての話をしていないのでそろそろ入ろうかな笑
肉玉はシンプルで、肉、卵、生地から出来ているのだが、、
生地を焼き、肉を並べ、卵を落として、そのうえにまた生の生地をドーン٩(*ÒωÓ わいるどー！
事前に焼いた生地じゃなくて生の生地を入れて蒸し焼きにしてるから中心は生っぽくてドロドロなんだろうと納得するのであった。
生地が厚いというのもあって肉の味自体の存在感はあまり無いけど、食感でカリカリした肉の食感はやはり大事すぎるのは言わずもがなかな。
この値段でこんなにお腹いっぱい食べまれてこんなに美味しくて、そして雰囲気も大好きだったかとてもオススメ！また来たい！
ん、雰囲気の話何も聞いてないけど？？って思った人、店長さんとてもいい人だし、なんと言っても店内の選曲が「backnumber5割、他5割（玉田浩司とか）」って言うのが自分の好みすぎたからなんだけど爆笑
