日曜日の12:00過ぎ
目的として出掛けたお店は予約でいっぱいであるとのことで…
姉妹店でもあり、以前からブックマークしておいた『香家（こうばしや）』へお邪魔することにいたします
大きな袖看板には『ROBATAYAKI 香家』とあり、入口には『コウバシヤLight』との行燈看板が掲げられています
1階はカウンター4席があるだけですが、2階には個室があり3階がテーブル席となっているようですし…
席を待たれていた先客はひと組だけでありましたので、その後ろに並んだのですがあっという間に20人近い列になっていました
待つこと40分ほど
待ち席との間隔も近く窮屈な感じがするカウンター席へと促されますが、隣に席が空いていましたし、一番奥の席でありましたので落ち着いて食事を楽しむことができました
お昼に提供されるのは「博多明太子ニ段重御膳」と「華かご御膳」ふた種類でありましたので…
好きなおにぎりを二つ選ぶことができる「華かご御膳」をいただくことにいたします
カウンターの背、窓側に並べられたおにぎりは何種類あったのでしょう
一つひとつを吟味してると迷ってしまいそうでしたので、目についた玉子と鰻を具材としたおにぎりを選びます
そんなおにぎりと、人参と大根、キャベツ、蒟蒻と具沢山な味噌汁のほか、豆乳豆腐、昆布と切り干し大根、イカ明太とめかぶ、とうもろこしのコロッケと小鉢が並んでいまして…
そのどれもがきちんと手作りされたものであろうことが伝わってきますし、いろいろと少しずついただけることもうれしく、行列ができることも納得することができました
