仕事で博多へ訪問、夜の街をふら～としながらお店散策。
博多魚菜と串焼き百珍 笑伝の前を通り、店構えの雰囲気、外から見ても中の活気に引かれ入店しました。
カウンターが数席空いていましたが、テーブルは満席、女子会の団体が大盛り上がりで活気が凄かったです。
串類を数種類、カンパチの胡麻和え、軟骨上げ、練り物を注文。
串類はいずれもしっかり手作り感があって食べ応え十分のボリューム。
サバの胡麻和えはちょくちょく見ていましたが、カンパチは初めてでした。
こりこりの歯ごたえがたまりませんでした。
串類の皿にまぶしてあった白い粉、なんだろうと舐めてみると塩。
店員さんに聞いてみるとオーナー秘伝の塩らしく、しょっぱ過ぎず甘みがあり、これは美味しい。
お持ち帰りがあったので即購入。
若い店員さんばかりでしたが、みんな対応素晴らしい。
欧米人のお客、韓国人のお客が入ってきましたが、若い店員さんが何語なのか旨く会話していられ、聞いてみると外人さん多いので言語勉強しているらしい。
素晴らしい。
また行こ。
