I've been to this restaurant before, but this is my first time posting about it. Gofukumachi's "Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Shoden"! When you make a reservation and enter the store, there are many customers sitting at the counter. It's a popular store. First, let's toast with draft beer and edamame! There are many types of famous Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), including pork belly, vegetable rolls, camembert cheese skewers, etc. The pork belly looked salty because it was sprinkled with a lot of salt, but it turns out that's not the case. It must be some kind of special salt. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
