Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) stays warm all the time on a ceramic plate that uses solid fuel. For the first time in my life, whenever I order, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is served regardless of my pace. Thanks to this ceramic plate, the serving side can keep the food warm and the diners can enjoy their food forever. I was impressed for a while. It was cheap and delicious though. The pork belly skewers were grilled so thinly that I thought they were skewered well, which made me laugh.
