ぶらり散歩の昼飯時なのだ。近くの貝塚公園で「ナハネフ２２系」という寝台列車に使用された客車を見に行ったのだ。この客車は昭和33年に登場したタイプで、小学生の坂井君が中心？に修復のためのクラウドファンディングを実施して修復したというドラマティックなものなのだ。そして、そこからふらふらと歩き貨物船の高架をくぐると交差点にラーメン屋を見ることができるというわけだ。入店してカウンターへ促され着席。本当ならラーメンなのだが、2つ隣の年配が味噌ラーメンを旨そうに食っているのが見える。
まずは、ビールを紅しょうがをアテに飲みつつ餃子を待つ。餃子着皿。福岡では大き目で全国的には普通サイズのものが、いい焼き目で美しい。餃子とラーメンは鉄板の組み合わせだ。餃子は、特筆すべきところはあまり見当たらないが、この焼き具合がいい風味を出していることは間違いない。そして、味噌ラーメン着丼。茹でもやしが沢山乗っているスタイルでチャーシューは見当たらない。まず、ラーメンに茹でもやしが好きでない。スープは豚骨味噌で、やや甘味の感じるタイプなので福岡の味噌なんだろうね。豚骨のコクとは悪くない相性。麺はストレートの中太。ちゃんぽんの麺なのでは？と思わせるような食感の麺。
こういうタイプが少ない福岡では、いいのだろうと思う。
