馬出地区、九大病院正門近くにあるビストロです。
内装は、モダンなカフェのような雰囲気です。テーブル席とカウンターがあります。
ランチコース（フルコース）2500円を注文しました。
前菜は、ブリのカルパッチョ、自家製チョリソーと野菜のピクルス、フォアグラのパテ バゲット載せ、茸のキッシュ
ブリは上にかかっているソースがバルサミコだったのですが少し甘すぎました。
フォアグラは滑らかな仕上がり。
キッシュはバターの香りが良く好きな味でした。
スープは温かい野菜のクリームスープ
魚は穴子のナンチュアソース 甲殻類の旨みが濃い。
お口直しのグリーンサラダを挟んで
メインは和牛ミスジの赤ワインと茸のソース 和牛の火入れが少し入りすぎてた印象。
デザートはヌガーグラッセでした。
ワインは、グラスで泡と赤を注文しました。白赤ともハウスワインともう一種類あるので、この価格帯のビストロで昼からグラスワインを選べるのが嬉しいです。
店名にバスクがついてますが、アラカルトではバスク料理はあまりなく、一般的なビストロ料理が主体です。
1000円台前半のワンプレートランチもあるのですが、色々なものが載せられていてボリュームも多そうでした。
料理を注文した方は、ドリンクがセルフで飲み放題で、デトックスウォーターやレモネード もちろんコーヒー紅茶などもあります。
普段使いのランチとしては嬉しいサービスです。
