箱崎駅の裏あたりの交差点に面したとこ。
以前はたこ焼き屋さんだったけど
アルコール置いてなかったんで行ってなかったら
いつの間にか早々となくなってた。
んで、この10月「ノダニク」が誕生。
肉バルですね。
清潔感あっていい雰囲気の内装。
日曜の18:00。。開店と同時に満席状態。
私たちは予約してなかったけど、あとから来たお客は
満席で断ってたんで、ちょいラッキーだったかも。
乾杯は、ビームハイ（350円）とスパークリング（450円）で。
なにせ開店と同時に満席なんで、サーブが遅れることを想定し
チーズ盛り合わせを。。580円
大正解。
しかもうまいし〜
ブルーチーズは相方専用。
で、B.N.P.・・・って、DAI語？
豚バラとナスのグリルをさっぱりポン酢で。650円
これもおいしい。
豚バラは相方の好物。私はあまり好きじゃないけど
脂があまくてさっぱり。
ナスとの相性もとてもいい。
塩胡椒は結構しっかりめ。
2杯目は白ワインで。
豚肉ともばっちり合うし・・なんか
完璧なマリアージュだな〜
最後は、オーナー厳選 和牛赤身のステーキ。
100g1200円なんだけど、その日の塊肉が黒板に
あらかじめリスト化されてて、その中から選ぶシステム。
これは160gのものを選びました。なので1920円。

うわ、また完璧だ。
食事とお酒の相性がよすぎる。。
二人で5130円のお会計なんだけど
リッチなコースをいただいたような満足感。。
これがまさしくコスパってやつだね。
