We purchase Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kyushu, Itoshima pork, and more from a butcher with whom we have a long-standing relationship! The carefully selected Wagyu beef is grilled on an iron plate and then grilled over charcoal! We provide our customers with the fragrant aroma of charcoal in the best condition! !
