今日は照葉にある照鮨さんへランチに来ました。
マンションの一階にある照鮨さんにお伺いしました！
駐車場は縦列で何台か止めれます。
お店に入ってびっくり‼️
外から見ているとそんなに広く感じないのですが、中に入ると組子と言うのでしょうか？木の細工が施された店内と木の香りがなんとも言えず素敵です。
さて本日のランチをいただきます。
サラダに始まり茶碗蒸し。
握りをのせるお皿は涼しげなガラスの器でおしゃれです。
ガリは通常ある薄切りスライスのものではなく、角切りタイプ。食べ慣れないですが、お酢は優しめで歯応えを楽しめておいしいです！
ほぼ全ての握りにお醤油や塩、ポン酢等でお仕事が施されていてお醤油を使った記憶がないくらい。
最後の玉は甘めのしっとり柔らかな焼き具合です。
最後にコーヒーとデザートをいただきごちそうさまでした。
かしこまりすぎず、板前さん達もとてもフレンドリーな方が多いように見受けられましたので、カジュアルに本格的なお寿司を楽しみたい時に良いのではないかと思います。
