列車でグルメ旅にて、、、この日７軒目に訪問。
以前から気になっていたお店で、本気のアジフライが食べたくて訪問。
店内は、女性客ばかりでカフェっぽい雰囲気です。
しかも、お水のコップが全てティファニーを使ってて、これも女子ウケ効果アップにもなってるのでしょう。(普通のお水もコップがイイものなら気持ち美味しく飲めますね。)
メニューを見てみると、、、
お目当ての本気のアジフライの下にサーモンのレアカツなる見慣れないメニューを発見。
本気のアジフライよりもサーモンのレアカツがどうしても気になってしまい注文しました。
サーモンのレアカツ
刺身用のサーモンをレアカツしたものだが、食感イイ感じでご飯が進みます。
自家製のタルタルソースとイクラが更にレアカツを引き立ててくれます。
セルフコーナーの自家製ふりかけ
ちりめんじゃこと菜っ葉とひじきとゴマのふりかけで塩味強目でご飯が進みます。
サーモンのレアカツがマイルドな味わいだったので自家製ふりかけの塩味が丁度良く、思わずご飯食べ過ぎてしまいました。
香椎駅前で1500円オーバーの強気な定食ですが、サーモンのレアカツはまた食べてみたいですね。
次回こそは、本気のアジフライを食べるために香椎グルメ１軒目に行きたいと思います。
