世界が変容したここひと月．福岡の目抜き通りもラッシュアワーだというのに車も人もまばらである．
飲食業はまさにサバイバルゲームというよりBe going to die．
応援したい気もあるが，店舗で食事というリスクも考慮したい．
普段はやらないテイクアウトは店側にしても苦肉の策ともいえるが，メリットがないわけではないように思う．
夜に飲みに行くとなると，ある程度の予算を計上しなければならないが，テイクアウト弁当であれば手軽にその店の実力を垣間見ることができる．店も新規カスタマー獲得の機会となるのではないだろうか？
こちらで，カラアゲ弁当780円を購入．注文されてからカラアゲは揚げ始める．弁当とはいえなるべく早めにお召し上がりしたいタイプだ．
カラアゲはがっつりという感じではないが，おかずが多いのがいい．カラアゲは浅めの味付けで，肉の味がよくわかる．
ちょっと味濃いめに仕立ててある，いかにも居酒屋の筑前煮が九州らしさを出している．
つぶ貝の煮つけは，ちょうどよい火の入り方で，身が程よく柔らかく，粘液をまとっている状態．
ご飯もふっくらいてうまいが，梅干しがいい．しっかり土用干しされた塩分10％台のまっとうなものである．
いかにも酒のアテにも好適な内容だが，酒が入っていない分，そして弁当だからじっくり冷静に吟味できる．
この店なら，やがて今の状態が落ち着けば，ゆっくり訪れてもよいかな，と思える弁当だった．
