After finishing the morning meeting with customers, I had lunch at Saba Tora. A colleague visited a restaurant that specializes in mackerel dishes. The location is near the Fukuoka City Jonan Ward Office, and the nearest station is Beppu Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line, about 3 to 4 minutes from Exit 3. This time I visited by parking at Coin P next to the store. There is a lunch menu guide at the store. There are three lunch options: ``Single grilled mackerel set'', ``Tatsutaage fried mackerel set'', and ``Healthy mackerel minced rice bowl'', all priced at 1,000 yen. As a mackerel lover, I can't resist the menu structure~♪ I opened the store door, put my shoes in the shoe rack, and entered the store. Inside the store, there are counter seats and 3 kotatsu-style tables. Since it is mainly an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) restaurant, it has a small Japanese atmosphere. As soon as you enter the store, the owner will ask you, ``What should we have?'' ● Grilled mackerel set meal 1,000 yen Comes with rice, miso soup, and 3 Small dish. The crispy grilled mackerel is served with grated radish and grated carrots! When you put your chopsticks into the meat, you will see a tinge of fat come out. When I received it, the mackerel was full of umami and the fatty meat was delicious.The saltiness was also perfect, making it a great mackerel. The bones are perfectly processed and very easy to eat! Then, add a little soy sauce to the daikon radish and serve with the mackerel meat. Even if the rice is nanbo, it's still good (lol) The rice is medium-sized and cooked a little hard. Personally, this is my favorite meal. The ingredient in miso soup is tofu. Plenty and delicious! The three Small dish are potato salad, hijiki and soybean Simmered dish, okra and bonito flakes. Everything is delicious! As expected, the rice ran out first and it was so delicious that I had to ask for a second helping (^^) v When I looked at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu, I was excited to try everything from live mackerel sashimi to mackerel dishes, creative mackerel dishes, Tempura, and course dishes.
