Samgyeopsal, which is a staple of Korean Cuisine, is especially recommended! Enjoy the juicy, grilled pork belly with our secret homemade miso that has been passed down for 60 years. The pork has a good amount of fat, but it's easier to eat than it looks ♪ We also recommend their new menu item, ``Gobjang Jeongol''! It refers to a Korean-style Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) that is different from the Japanese one, and the flavor of the spicy sauce with gochujang and other ingredients and the chewy texture of the offal are exquisite.
