非豚骨ラーメンたべたくて店を探して見つけました。
ラーメン700gで1050円。トッピングは50円払ってシナチクを入れました。麺の太さは食べてきた中で1番かも。15分位で着丼半熟卵、生もやし少々、ニンニク一杯ブロック肉、そしてトッピングのシナチク。しっかり混ぜて山椒をたっぷり入れて食べました。
激ブト麺に濃いめの醤油ダレ。歯応えありすぎで口が疲れました。僕にはタレがちょっと濃すぎました。
珍しいので一度は食べてみてわ。
