大橋駅西口側にある一風変わった混ぜソバの店です。
入り口近くに置いてあるオーダーシートに記入して、店主に渡すスタイル
店が狭いため、席に案内されるまでは外で待つのがルールのようです
今回は 焼きロース肉乗せにばら肉煮込みをトッピングしました。
普通盛でもかなり量が多いという噂と、残すのはＮＧとのことなので、普通盛にしました。
醤油と油ベースのタレにしっかりからめて食べます
印象的だったのは、麺が極太で食感が素晴らしいこと。それから小麦の旨味もしっかり感じて完成度が高い麺です。
