本日のラヲタ活動は、福岡県福岡市西区横浜にありますラーメン百名店WEST選出店安全食堂さんへ( ￣ー￣)ﾉ
肉団子、九大出身なのでいやー懐かしいなぁ( *´艸｀)って冗談ですｗｗｗ
オープン時間は11時00分からとあるので1040分と早めに到着したところ、あらまっ、早開けしてました(o^－^o)
お店は広い老舗で、カウンターと机とありますが、お一人様はカウンターですね～(o^－^o)
メニューは、ラーメン、大盛、焼飯し、ちゃんぽん、焼きそばという構成で、ラーメンが特製とか無いんですよねｗｗｗ
しかもラーメン
乳化したあっさりスープは、臭みが一切なくサラサラ～♪
これはもしや味が薄いのか？と半信半疑でスープをお口にイン( ￣ー￣)ﾉ
フムフム、ふぇ～旨味全開♪あっさりスープなのに、なんで？と思う豚さんスープの旨味( *´艸｀)
さすが百名店選出～良い意味で裏切られて美味しいです(o^－^o)
麺は、肉団子がかつて食べてきた低加水パツパツ系の中ではかなりの極細麺( ￣ー￣)ﾉ
固めにしてもらっていて、ちょうど良い感じです(o^－^o)
驚いたのは紅しょうがですかね～市販でない紅しょうが初めて観ましたｗｗｗ太さが違います( *´艸｀)
入れすぎると太いので容量があり辛くなるので注意してくださいね～
やはり百名店の冠は伊達ではありませんでした♪また来ます！
