学研都市方面行くときは必ず寄ってしまうお店です。
いつもはチャンポンを頼むのですが、たまにはラーメンを食べようと思って、オーダーしたらすぐ着丼。
カウンター越しに親父さんがささっと茹でて手際よく盛り付け手前からどん。
卵入れてみようと思ったら、ここはゆで卵が殻付きのまま出てくること忘れてて。ラーメンが来た時、まだ殻剥き中。早すぎてわろた。
替え玉も、手際よくたまから麺に入れてくれる。
でもやっぱり、おかみさんのチャンポンが好きだな。
