PR for restaurants |
In the quiet town of Hoshinohara, traditional lanterns are burning red and the restaurant has been serving charcoal grilled yakitori for 37 years.
This year marks the 37th year since our restaurant was founded. We owe it all to our customers who make the effort to visit us despite the current economic downturn. Our restaurant started out as a bu |
A yakitori restaurant that a regular at Yakitori Shimoi in Imajuku told me about. I was in the mood for yakitori that day. I wasn't in the mood for horse sashimi, but I thought I'd order it since it's the restaurant's specialty. This was a brilliant decision. The horse sashimi was as they say, a specialty. It was my first time eating horse sashimi. The meat was full of sweetness and umami. I usually add garlic, but this horse sashimi was so delicious that it didn't need any condiments. I added a little soy sauce, and then I just enjoyed the taste of the meat. As I was getting excited, the yakitori I ordered started appearing one after another. They were all cheap, and not only cheap, but delicious! It was obvious at a glance from the display that the ingredients were beautiful and fresh. The pork hearts were sparkling and it felt like I was in a jewelry store. Not only were the ingredients excellent, but the way they were cooked was also excellent, making it the perfect example of a Fukuoka yakitori restaurant. I cycled from Meinohama to Hikuma. I had been hesitant to go to this restaurant because it was far away, but I was urged by a regular customer there and I'm glad I went.
