I took the day off for a complete medical checkup today, and the exam was completed successfully! When you're over 30 years old, you start to feel a little bad about yourself...sweat I'm going to start eating properly from tomorrow...I'm going to drink today! LOL (It's immediately different from what I felt at lunch after the medical checkup...) Since I was having a medical checkup at Sanno Hospital, I took a walk around the Nishishin area... It's been a while since I've visited this store! It’s been more than 10 years! My senior at my part-time job at the time liked this Ramen, and he would sometimes take me to this restaurant after work! When I was a student, I was very fond of drinking after work... I was so happy when my senior said, ``Would you like to stop by?'' When I passed by the shop for the first time in a while, the memories of those days came back... The shop was still open. I'm glad there was! Let's attack for the first time in a while! The exterior looks the same as it did back then...but is the interior more stylish? I wonder if it was renovated? It looks like it has become quite beautiful! Western liquor is on the upper shelf of the kitchen! I feel like the variety of alcohol has increased...The store has 8 seats at the counter and 4 tables/tatami rooms! Take a look at the menu...and order the items you're interested in before you go to finish! Grilled skewer ・Chicken skin (120 yen) ・Miso sagari (180 yen) ・Pork belly (140 yen) ・Chicken meat (140 yen) ◾️Grilled Gyoza / Dumpling (550 yen) ◾️Kirin Classic Lager medium bottle (590 yen) Grilled skewer is not a charcoal grill, but a steam convention! The oil will be removed well, so it might give you a clean finish. After waiting for less than 10 minutes, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) arrived at your seat! The skin has a chewy texture! Sake goes well with soy sauce-based sauce! It has a refreshing impression as if the excess fat has been removed! Sagari has a crunchy texture and the taste and flavor of miso! Pork belly and chicken have just the right amount of salt and are consistently delicious! Next is Gyoza / Dumpling! It's large, which is rare in Hakata, and the skin is handmade! The texture of the skin is chewy, and the filling is filled with chives, cabbage, ginger, and lots of vegetables! The flavor is also light! It comes in 6 large pieces, so you won't be surprised how full you are...For the final touch...I ordered the memorable one as I originally intended! ◾️ Health Salt Ramen (580 yen) Ramen with a perfect name for right after a medical checkup! LOL By the way, the restaurant's explanation of ``health'' is that they are particular about salt, using only domestically produced natural sea salt, and slowly boiling sea minerals in a flat pot using only seawater as the raw material. Then they add pork bones and vegetables. By simmering it for a long time, removing the oil, and reducing the amount of salt, it brings out the richness, mellowness, and flavor! Healthy salt Ramen was completed while I was posting the instructions! The ingredients are simple, with only char siu and green onions! That's right, this is it! It hasn't changed at all since then! First of all, let's start with the soup that the restaurant is particular about... It's thick and has a pork bone base, but it's full of tenderness! The balance between the taste of salt and the flavor of the pork bones is just right... It's not too thick, which seems to be the result of the vegetables being active... The ramen tastes like clear pork bones and is very easy to Ramen! Thin straight noodles are perfectly boiled and have a soft finish! The pork belly chashu topping is lightly seasoned with salt! It doesn't have a strong flavor overall, so it's perfect for finishing! It's been a long time since I had Ramen that made me feel nostalgic! I haven't been able to eat the popular dalm, so next time I'll go with a few more people... preferably the members who went there at the time, it would be fun!
