【再訪】基峰鶴を味わう
〜早良区マスターへの道・編〜
本日も新様式の生活で感染拡大防止を意識しながら飲み会の帰り道、思わず独りブラ味子。
コロナ禍で大変なのはお互い様。我らの地元商店街に少しでもお金を落とさねば‥
と、ただ飲みたいだけの言い訳にかこつけて2軒目のハシゴ酒(￣▽￣)タハー
数年振りに立ち寄った此方、初めて頼んだ日本酒メモの為の備忘録‥

今宵は日本酒気分なり‥
当店と蔵元が一緒に作ったという「基峰鶴」というブランドをお勧めされ、上記3種類をそれぞれ味わってみた。
何呑んでも「旨い」しか感じないバカ舌だが、飲みやすくそれぞれの個性があって良いね〜(^^)
あぁ、もう唯の酔っ払いオヤジ‥
で、つまみは、
・セロリの土佐酢漬け290円
・くんせい3点盛590円（チーズ・サバ・玉子）
・エイヒレの炙り290円
・焼き枝豆290円
・シメのオムライス（中）590円
店内改装されているくらい久々の来店だったが、このコロナ禍でもまだ元気に営業されていて嬉しかった。
早く元の生活に戻れますように。

遅い時間の帰宅‥独り晩酌でハシゴ酒！
「お久しぶりです」と言われてしまう程何ヶ月振りかの再訪。不良ナンチャッテ常連ですな（笑）
平日深夜なのに相変わらずの盛況ぶり。
さて今宵の日本酒は、
酒一筋しぼりたて650円
古伊万里 前（さき）650円
おぉ〜、どちらもコクのあるザ・純米酒の旨さ！
ツマミをちょっと頼むか、と以下注文。
砂肝胡麻味噌和え280円
くんたまは280円
チキン南蛮2切れ280円
普通のソース焼きそばは380円
‥頼みすぎ（苦笑）
リーズナブルだけどどれも旨い！
砂肝胡麻味噌和えは酒のアテには最高だ！
個人的好みにマッチしたおひとり様でも楽しく飲める、珍しい日本酒が置いてある藤崎のオアシス。

藤崎の角打
藤崎商店街、藤崎サニーの角を入って直ぐの角打がこの藤崎酒匠。
フラリとひとりで立ち寄ったり、出張で来福した同僚と来たり、妻と来たりと何度か使わせてもらったが、ちょい飲みにもしっかり飲みどちらでも居心地が良いお店。
あまり目にしない日本酒が取り揃えられたり、1時間780円セルフでの飲み放題など、呑兵衛には堪らないシステムがある。
この日はお酒に白老しぼりたて生酒（愛知特別純米）650円と蓬莱鶴雄町生酒（広島純米大吟醸）850円をいただいた。
どちらもフルーツのような甘さ！美味しいなあ〜。
おつまみもとても安いが、しっかりした物が多く、じゃこおろし200円、もろきゅう250円をお酒のお供にした。
カウンターで静かにひとり飲みをするも良し、常連さんも多いので楽しい会話の輪に入って飲んでも良し。日々の仕事の疲れを癒してくれる藤崎の憩いの場である。
