オープン当初から気になっていたお店でしたが予約せずに何度か訪ねたので満席で入れず。今回は遅い時間でその上、土砂降りの☂️雨でやっと入店できました。まずはお酒のあて盛り合わせ、どんな料理が出てくるか、楽しみ。それから牛すじ大根出汁、大根の天ぷらなどなど。2人で訪ねたのでそれぞれ個別に盛り付けて下さいました。出汁を当てに日本酒が進みます。各々2種類ずつ頂いて合計4種。日本酒の種類は定期的に入れ替わるらしく、また訪れたい気持ちになりました。飲んだ事がない日本酒がメニューにたくさん。訪れる店が増えました。
