友達と飲みに行きました。友達は長崎で調理人をしてるので、店選びは慎重です。
外観はえーって思ったけど、店内は個室が多く、奥に長い店でした。
4000円のコースを注文。
最初に前菜2種が出て、ポテサラじゃなく、ボテサバ。
燻製のサバをポテトサラダと混ぜて。
それから、刺盛り。
長崎のが多かったけど、やはり料理人が誉めたのはタコだけ。
マグロも美味しかったけどなぁ。
カニクリームコロッケはカニ味噌ソースがかかってました。
名物の大トロイワシの串焼き。締めは、サバの土鍋としじみ汁でした。
ちょうどいい量だったし、飲み放題の日本酒は喜多屋が飲めたし、店員さんも丁寧で感じよかったです。
単品メニューの鯨のハツを食べたかったなぁ。
