... the nearby "Nagahama Market". We do not purchase any frozen fish, only "raw fish". All of the fish are of the highest quality, carefully selected by our master chefs. These fish are filleted and served in front of the customers. This is one of our commitments to serving the freshest fish possible. We also make an effort every day to provide our customers with the taste of the season, not only the fish, but also the garnishes and vegetables. It is natural to have seasonal ingredients that are in season. We will deliver the taste of the season to our customers with a dish that is carefully prepared. The restaurant has a total of 55 seats, and has counter seats and table seats. It is a space that anyone, from one person to a group, can use casually.
