Kuroge Wagyu beef is purchased from Ozaki Farm, which is blessed with nature on the Satsuma Peninsula in Kagoshima Prefecture. At this farm, a smaller number of cows than the average number of cows are raised, and as a result, the ideal Kuroge Wagyu beef is born, with fine texture and an excellent balance between the flavor of the lean meat and the sweetness of the fat. Ozaki Farm's Kuroge Wagyu beef has an average oleic acid content of 57%, which is generally said to be high at 50%, making it exceptionally delicious. Please enjoy the taste with our carefully selected assortment of parts.

With grilled dishes made from specially selected and rare cuts, and bibimbap to finish off your meal, you'll be satisfied with both quality and quantity. For the a la carte menu, we recommend the ``Tokusen Mori'', which features five types of rare parts of Kuroge Wagyu beef.
