こちら「日和様」今年2019年1月にオープンって！行くしかないでしょ！
店主は和食ご出身で、鉄板焼きはオークラの「さざんか」でご経験を積まれたそう。
奥様もオークラの「山里」ご出身とのことで、ワタクシも個人的にオークラの両店はお世話になったので話しがはずみます。
【お昼の「日和ランチ2,000円(税別)」を注文】
・まずはサラダ、彩りいいですね～！色んなリーフがドレッシングと絡まって美味しいです。
・次にお肉、九州産黒毛和牛をもちろん「レアで！」注文、もっとレアでもカモーンです！
柔らかくて美味しい～～～！ガーリックチップも沢山載せて旨い旨い！
・ガーリックチャーハンは白ご飯から変更してもらいました！
こちら作るのを見てましたが、本格派！お味もあっさりで塩とコショウもちょうど良い！
半分は食べずに包んでくれました！（お心遣いうれしぃ！）
鉄板焼きって究極のオープンキッチンなんで、料理は演出、「魅せる料理」です。
誤魔化しは効きません。
すべてにおいて大満足のランチでした！

アラカルトメニューも豊富に揃ってます。※まあコースの方が一通り堪能できると思いますが。。
