A famous restaurant in Meinohama with hopes of making a comeback.
味良し！CP良し！真面目なお寿司屋さん
ランチで利用しました。
大将おまかせの6400円をチョイス。
寿司は９貫、さらに前菜や卵焼き、汁物がつきます。
シャリは赤酢で優しく握られ、酢の塩梅と食感が良いです。ガリも手作りだと思いますが、ちょっと甘めで美味しいです。
ネタは一手間入った職人のこだわりが感じられ、
一貫一貫が丁寧な寿司と感じました。
特にイカ、鮪、海老が美味しかったです。
鹿児島の鰻は身はホクホクして柔らかいのですが、皮の歯ごたえや香りが程よく美味しかったです。
カウンターは6名位が座ったらいっぱいになるほど小さめですが、
職人1名に対しては気配りができて丁度良いのかも
しれません。こじんまりとした空間はジャズが流れ
居心地が良く、ゆっくりと食事が楽しめます。
次回は夜に訪れたいと思います。

Technically speaking, this is not my second visit, but my fourth visit in about a year. This time, I took my wife (4th time) and my mother (first time) who was visiting from Kanto, and the three of us had the 8,800 yen course recommended by the night chef. I had made a reservation expecting delicious Sushi with the best value for money.I entered the restaurant from 5pm when it opened, and there were no other customers, so the moment I entered, I got the impression that the atmosphere was rather dark (lack of energy). As usual, we started with a light greeting from the chef, and then we were served cold fig soup, appetizers, and nigiri. It was somehow delicious, but I ended up not being particularly impressed. I kept checking to see the expression on my mother's face, who was looking forward to it, but she didn't think it was very tasty, so I was anxious because I wanted her to be satisfied. After leaving the restaurant, I asked my mother what she thought, and she said, ``The squid was delicious, but the whole thing was kind of sweet.'' I was also disappointed. . In the past, modern jazz was playing quietly, and in a stylish atmosphere, I could feel the strong craftsmanship, but I was disappointed that that was no longer the case. When it first opened, it was fresh and good, but it has gradually lost its power (maybe become sluggish?). ? Maybe it was just this time. . This is a wonderful Sushi that serves authentic, delicious Sushi at reasonable prices, so I hope they continue to do their best. Thank you for the meal.
