西新のステーキ店でハンバーグランチ
長年、西新にあるお店ですが、行ったことはありませんでした。元は肉屋だった「肉の勉強屋」が運営してるんですね。系列にはすき焼き、焼肉、もつ鍋の西新初喜という店もあります。西新の肉文化を支えてくれてるようです笑。
食べログの投稿でハンバーグが美味い！とあったので行ってみました。うえすたんの店名通り西部劇風な内装、店員さんは皆カウボーイハット、BGMはカントリーとある意味昭和です笑。落ち着きます。
ハンバーグセットは150gと200gがありますが、ここは200gをチョイスしてランチビール390円もオーダーしました。
ランチセットはライスorパン、サラダ、スープ、デザートが付いています。スープはコクがあって美味しいです。そして、メインのハンバーグが鉄板に乗ってジュージューと音を立てながら運ばれて来ます。ガーリックソースがかかって肉肉しいワイルドなハンバーグです。こういうの好きです。目玉焼きがあるのも嬉しい。ご飯もなかなかの量でいいですね。しかもお代わりOKみたい。
美味しくいただきましたが、気づいたことがあります。目玉焼きを半熟で食べたければ、頃合いを見て鉄板から避難させるといいでしょう笑。

I thought this was a chain restaurant, but it turned out that they only use good quality meat because the owner of Hatsuki is the Meat Study Shop. Then there's no doubt that it's meaty. I want to eat meat! I decided to ask this at the request of a carnivore girl who was returning home lol. For carnivores, the beef sagari plate costs 1,580 yen, and for me, Hamburg set 200g costs 1,490 yen. I like the Hamburg here because they have a meaty and naughty feel. I love that it has a fried egg on it. However, one-third was taken by carnivores lol. The beef sagari plate was said to be healthy and the sagari was delicious.
