Food Welcome and farewell party course
This plan is recommended for welcome and farewell parties, and allows you to enjoy two types of drinks and a 20-course yakitori course. Welcome and farewell party with two drinks of your choice and an ultimate course of 20 dishes using local ingredients such as Itoshima vegetables and Itoshima pork, mainly yakitori using local Fukuoka brand chicken "Hakata Jidori" at special seasonal prices. *If you would like a private room, please make a reservation using the private room guarantee plan.

All chicken used is ``Hakata Jidori''. Depending on the day, we have rare cuts available, and we offer recipes tailored to each cut, such as Itoshima's yuzu pepper, carefully selected homemade sauce, and rare powdered ponzu sauce. To finish off your meal, you can choose from three dishes that allow you to fully enjoy the flavor of chicken, including ``Hakata Jidori Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)'' and pho made with chicken bone soup made by simmering Hakata Jidori for 12 hours. Enjoy dishes that bring out the flavor of seasonal vegetables and chicken.
DrinkEnjoy carefully selected sake and shochu purchased directly from sake breweries, as well as domestic wine.
The lineup includes Kyushu brands of shochu and sake that are carefully selected by visiting a sake brewery to match the course. We have sake from Shiraito Sake Brewery in Itoshima and Hiryu Sake Brewery in Kurume, and shochu from Kamikawa Sake Brewery in Kagoshima. We also offer domestic brands of wine.
