Our recommended dinner course comes with a choice of fries and main dish. For fries, choose your favorite from fried shrimp, crab cream Croquette, today's fish, fried oysters (limited time only), or minced meat cutlet. For the main course, please choose your favorite from Omelette Rice / Hamburg /pork ginger/duck breast/Wagyu beef rump fillet/ Cow tongue stew/beef cutlet. Please check the course menu for details.
Food Our specialty “Demiglace sauce”
By reviewing and researching Western Cuisine, which has developed uniquely in Japan, we arrived at the most important factor in Western Cuisine, the ``demi-glace sauce.'' We are trying to make it exactly right, and it takes about 10 days to complete it. It's bitter and has a slightly more mature taste. We have finished it to match wine, so please enjoy it with alcohol.

We have decided to close `` Bistro Bourjon'', which has been open for seven and a half years in Omiya, Chuo-ku, and open a new restaurant in a new location with a new business format. Although I have been cooking French cuisine for many years, I have been repeatedly making prototypes while feeling the charm and depth of Western Cuisine, a food culture cultivated in Japan. We have a slightly more mature Western Cuisine menu that goes well with wine and alcohol, so please stop by.
