西日本リビング新聞社の「はなみずき会」が、２０周年を記念して行なわれた「スピリッツオブマイスター、７人のマイスターの食事会」です。
毎月１度福岡のマイスター７人のお店を巡るのですが、前回イルボッコーネ・オステリアインクローチに続き、第３回目です。
今回は、市内から離れていてしかも、最寄り駅「大野城」からも遠い住宅街中でしたので、半分諦めていたのですが・・、お店側から、送迎車を用意してくれるとのことで参加することになりました。
店名入りの送迎バスが天神に到着。約５０分程かかって、市外の住宅街の１軒屋レストランに到着です。
お店到着すると、店内奥の団体専用の個室に入りました。
飲み物のワインは、周りの方とシェアーすることになり、白の辛口を１本注文です。
パンはオリジナルフランスパンで、テーブルにまとめて置かれるので好きなだけ取ります。
コースが始まり、まずはお口初めに、絶滅の危機に瀕している川茸を使用したムース、雲丹入りです。
ツルっとしたものばかりなので、口に入り易いものです。
洋風茶碗蒸し。コンソメとミルクっぽくて、こちらもツルっとした口当たりの上には鶏モモ焼きの弾力が良いアクセントです（＾ｖ＾）
京芋とアカザエビの香草ロースト焼きです。また、エビは取り出しやすいように工夫されてます。お皿の横には、竹のお箸が添えられてたので、使用しました。
ホタテのマリネです。中は蟹の身が入っていてとても贅沢な一品です。気がつけば、すでにお箸ばかり使ってました・・。
コンソメスープ、中は湯葉、茸、三瀬鶏、弾力の違いを楽しめました。
そしてメイン、牛ヒレ肉、フォアグラのロッシーニのお皿が置かれると、つかさず、薩摩芋の炊き込みご飯と豆腐味噌汁とお新香が来ました・・。同時に、急須に緑茶も出ました。
周りのマダム達と、これは（ご飯）入らないよね・・な～～んて喋っていたのですが、ご飯も味噌汁も以外と合う～～止まりません。ペロッと完食してしまいました・・。
一息ついた所でオーナーシェフ河原良治氏が登場して、デザートのクレープシュゼットと実演です。
コーヒーも出ましたが、やはり〆は緑茶でさっぱり・・。
常識を越えたフレンチですが、これもユニバーサルな感じで良いですね・・。
ただ、アクセスが少し困難ですが、人数が揃えばシャトルバスサービースもをしてくれるのも良いですね・・(＾▽＾)
