仕事がらよく出張するんですが、もつ鍋が好きで他県に行った時にも
よくもつ鍋を食べに行きます。 でもヤッパリ福岡のもつ鍋は旨い！ 福岡市内の有名なもつ鍋屋さんにもよく行くけど、春日市のこのもつ鍋屋もひけをとらず旨い！！ やっぱりポイントはプリプリのもつ、そして醤油・味噌味も濃くが無いとダメですね。 でも、この「八慶」さんは僕のベスト３にランクインする美味しさでした！！！ ちなみに東京の新橋駅前に「ねこや」ってもつ鍋屋さんも美味しいです。 福岡出身の女将さんがやってま～す！！
今回「八慶」さんには友達に連れて行ってもらい３人で９人前食べました！！ テールの塩焼きも最高、これはコラーゲンたっぷりで彼女に勧めたい一品ですね。 次回は彼女と行ってみま～す！！
