土曜日オープンの20分前に到着
一番乗りだったねぇ
15分前くらいになると
チラホラと並びはじめる
10分前になると10名以上の行列に！
4人掛けテーブルが5つと
カウンターが10席ほど
2巡目の人達がお店に入れるのは
オープンの1時間後くらいを覚悟しといて
オープンの10分前にくれば
1巡目で入店できると思う。
そして11時になり入店
唐揚げ定食880円をオーダー！
10分程度で到着、まずは唐揚げ6個
希望の個数をおかわりしていくシステム
ご飯やスープもおかわりできる！！
唐揚げにはサッパリしたタレ、
熱々でジューシーで柔らかくて超旨い！
しかもめちゃくちゃ香ばしいのよ
なんでこんな香ばしいのかなぁ〜？
ってよく見てみたら
衣に胡麻が入ってるんだよ〜
この胡麻のアクセント！良い！！
家で唐揚げを作る事があれば真似したい。
そして下に敷かれてるレタスと水菜にも
サッパリしたタレが合うんだ〜
一石二鳥のタレだよ
旨いのは唐揚げだけじゃない！
小鉢で付いてた呉豆腐、コレ好きだなぁ〜
もちもちした豆腐なんだけど
なめらか食感がたまらん！
どうやって作るんだろう？？って思って
調べたんだけど
佐賀県の郷土料理なんだってさ
同じ九州なのに知らなかった〜
豆乳に葛粉や片栗粉をいれて
加熱するとできるらしい。
小鉢やサラダにも美味しく食べる
ひと手間が感じられる！
おかわり唐揚げは新しい器に入って
レタスと水菜も敷かれてやってくる！
凄いよね！！手間暇かかってるなぁ〜
って感心しちゃった。
