「美味しい塩鯨を食べさせてやる」とのことで、連れて行ってもらいました。
塩鯨なんて、そうそう味は変わらないだろうと思っていましたが・・・。
出てきたのは、ころころとサイコロステーキを一回り小さくしたような形大きさの鯨肉。
一口食べてびっくり！
「これ、塩鯨じゃない」「鯨のステーキだ～っ！」
一般的な塩鯨に比べて塩気は非常に少ないです。ビーフジャーキーの様にガチガチしていません。むしろ、美味しいステーキのようなやわらかさ。そして、なんといっても脂身がまた旨い。
なんでも、ご主人のこだわりで「ゴンドウクジラのいいのが入ったときだけ仕入れて自分で作る」のだそうです。
他にも、お勧めと言うことでアナゴを頼みましたがこちらもびっくり。
生きたアナゴをその場で絞めて、刺身にタタキどちらも美味しかった。アナゴって淡白そうに見えて意外に濃厚な味がするんですねぇ。
締めに、納豆まきとアナゴの握りを食べました。刺身でも食べられるアナゴです。美味しくないはずがありません。
オヤジさんのキャラクターもいいですよ。
