刺身、魚が美味い店 : Futsukai Chi Tsunesawa

On this day, Oga Sake Brewery in Futsukaichi was holding an event where you could buy sake and other alcoholic beverages and bring them into the store, so many of the stores were open from noon. Maruhide was also open, so I went to the first one. The restaurant was pretty full, but by chance they opened the counter and I was able to sit down. For drinks, bring your own plum wine. Glasses, ice, and cold drinks were available, making it a great drink. The food was light and I ordered two servings of assorted sashimi. My friend and I both hate blue fish, so my friend asked, ``Can you remove the blue fish?'' She asked me, ``Is white fish okay?'' The sashimi platter she brought me was gorgeous! (Laughs) Golden sea bream, sea urchin, straw-grilled bonito, etc. The bonito had a peculiar taste, but the straw-grilled and smoked flavor made it delicious. Golden sea bream and fresh sea urchin have no odor. The fish and sashimi at this restaurant are really delicious. no doubt. I was watching him work on the fish at the counter, and he seemed to be very skillful and used to it. I guess there are a lot of talented people in the Maruhide group. It was my first time having Shumai here, so I ordered three types. Shumai with chicken, pork, and shrimp. I think it was 330 yen? I thought it was a little expensive, but when I saw the shumai that came out, I was surprised at how big it was. It's piping hot and of course handmade. The pork shumai is juicy, and the chicken shumai is light but filling. Shrimp shumai is so good! They are all delicious. The appetizer is steamed green lettuce chawanmushi, piping hot and fluffy. It was my first time so I had a quick bite, but it was amazing. I was satisfied! Thank you for the meal!

I always wanted to go to a restaurant that my friend always told me about because the fish was delicious, so I made a reservation at this restaurant because there was a drinking party in Futsukaichi. I think it cost about 4000 yen to book the all-you-can-drink course. Even though my son was 2 years old so it wasn't included in the number, they made a kids lunch for me for about 1000 yen! Drinks are a service. It was like a medium private room, and although it was a little small, it didn't bother me at all. First of all, I was surprised that the funamori arrived! Lots of fresh fish! All of the sashimi are plump and filling, and the tofu is made with cream cheese. It seems that my friend asked for the Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and the meatballs, roses, etc. were all delicious! Appetizer? Cute cat Monaca and potato salad. The girls were happy because each person got one. I recently saw a photo of it at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), so I got really excited! There was also Sushi, and there was one with tekkamaki and even more sashimi on top, but the fish was delicious! My friend insisted that I grill the fish head for the sashimi boat, but he kindly obliged, and the grilled fish head came out later, and it was delicious! They also have a wide selection of single-dish meals, so if you're a family, you'll want to eat your favorite dishes individually. I ordered the all-you-can-drink option, but there were many types of sours, and even though they were busy, the food was served quickly, and the staff was very cheerful! I had a great time with my friends! It's close to JR so friends who came from far away were able to have a drinking party with peace of mind! If you make a reservation for Hachimori or takeaway on New Year's Day, etc., you'll always be able to enjoy great food. I think I can highly recommend it because my friends who are picky eaters who are going around to restaurants always come back here. I would definitely like to use this place when I have a drinking party in Futsukaichi or Chikushino!
