"SANNOKATA" in Onojo City. There are three types of lunch menu. A. Pasta Lunch ① (1180 yen) B. Pasta Lunch ② (1280 yen) C. Meat Lunch (1380 yen) A. is tomato pasta with white fish and olives, and B. is tomato cream pasta with bacon and eggplant, so I ordered the latter. In addition to pasta, it comes with salad, bread, soup, dessert, and a soft drink. For drinks, I chose hot coffee. Unusually, you can choose carbonated water or lemon water for the cold drink, so I asked for the latter. The lemon water was served in a bottle like the ones used to pack jam. That's so unusual. (^_^;) Oh! It's an open kitchen, so I could see which manufacturer's pasta they were using. I was happy because it was my favorite "De Cecco" ♪ But it was "Federini" with thin noodles, so I was disappointed. For a rich cream sauce using bacon, the thicker noodles of "spaghettini" or even thicker "spaghetti" would go well. By the way, the salad and soup are not skimpy ♪ However, the soup contains beaten eggs, onions, and bread, so it is rich, but the seasoning is much stronger than I like, so I am thirsty. I can't help but drink the lemon water in one gulp. (>_<) I was happy that refills of lemon water were free ♪ The pasta had a strong aroma of black pepper. Then the aroma of powdered cheese hit me hard. However, while the bacon was well browned, the eggplant did not have that, and it had a slimy texture like it had been boiled, which was disappointing. And the cheese was too strong, and it seemed to overpower the flavor of the tomato. This was also a strong seasoning, so I was thirsty. Above all, the noodles of "Federini" could not fully absorb the sauce, and it did not make its presence felt. (~_~;) I'm not familiar with desserts, so I don't know, but it was something with apples. The balance of sweetness and sourness of the apples was good, and it had a slight alcoholic kick to it, so it was very delicious♪ I think this set is a good deal♪ But I was very dissatisfied with the thinness of the noodles. If I had chosen pasta A, which I thought was a little lighter, I might have rated it higher than 3.8?
