When it comes to Fried food, people tend to think of it being greasy or containing too much oil, but our Fried Skewers is a bit different. The batter is made with fine homemade bread crumbs and contains dozens of ingredients, and the oil is rich in vitamin B1 and has half the cholesterol level of regular oil. Please feel free to enjoy it even if you are conscious about calories or are concerned about stomach upset.
