その日朝締めた鶏のみを提供するお店
朝11時に予約をして行ったんですが
もう駐車場に車がいっぱい
車も人通りもない山奥ですよ(◎_◎;)
予約しといてよかった^_^
今日は平日限定ランチ
山蔵御膳を注文!
御膳だけでお腹いっぱいになりますが
今回は4人でいったので色々欲張り注文
新鮮でササミ刺しとか魚みたい!
希少部位の砂トロ刺しもコリッ&トロッとして旨い
もちろん1番お気に入りは地鶏もも焼き♪

もも、せせり、ぼんじり、皮、レバー、薬研なんこつ
すなずり、ハツ、鳥ちくわ、鳥ウィンナー等など
全部旨い〜
