福岡県の名所"太宰府天満宮"の裏手にある山には、こちらも有名な"竈門神社"があります。その程近くにある立派な古民家のお店がこちら。
専属の養鶏場でこだわり抜いて飼育されたという地鶏を炭火で焼くセルフスタイルのお店。といってもきちんとレクチャー頂けるので安心です。
ランチの看板『炭焼地鶏の山蔵御膳』を注文。鶏の両面を軽く焼き、食べ易い大きさにカットし、後は好みの加減に焼くだけ。
弾力のある締まった肉は噛むたびに美味しさが溢れます。皮からの脂も抜群！
