キャンセルが出たようでお客は僕だけでした。
それは悲しいことでしたが、それで僕の接客まで変わるのはおかしい。
調理はほとんど奥でやって料理を持ってくるだけ、食べてる最中にチラッとだけみにきて食べ終わると待ち構えていたように次の料理がでてくる。
カウンターの醍醐味はほぼなし、急かされるように退店しました。
非常に残念。
