小倉駅から歩いて3分くらいの場所にあるこちらのお店。
以前から気になっていたものの中々行く機会がなくようやく訪問。
佐藤氏は日本料理で35年以上のキャリアがある大ベテラン。

最初から最後まで美味しい料理が続く非常にまとまったコースに仕上がっています。
アラの優しくも奥深い味わいや春野菜の美味しさ等、日本料理って美味しいんだなと感じました。
また白子、松葉蟹は絶品。素材の味を存分に活かした美味しさでした。
接客もよく楽しく食事を取れるお店。駅近で便利なので機会があれば再訪したいです。
