ゴールデンウィーク中に4人で伺いました。
場所は駅から徒歩5分圏内
天ずしさんまで行きません。
4人だったせいか、個室カウンターに通されました。
静かで落ち着きます。
メインのカウンターは10人は座れると思われますが、こちらも満席
暫くして一品目の料理、何の料理か言われてお店の方がいなくなります。
二品目の料理、料理の内容を言われてお店の方がいなくなります。
これの繰り返しで最後まで行きました。
料理は産地や歴史、大将の信念や経験、お皿の説明や何故選んだか、たわいもない冗談のキャッチボールそれがとても心地いいのですが、料理を出されて食べるだけはとても味気ない事が分かりました。
素材はいいもので、味もおいしかっただけに満席でお忙しいそうで、とても残念でした。
