知人に勧められて気になっていた創業30年を超える蕎麦屋さん。夜の営業が中心らしく、日中はなかなかタイミングが合わず...^_^;この日は土曜だったからなのか...開いてたのでランチ利用。
6人テーブル2つ、4人テーブル1つに、カウンター5席。
カウンターは1m弱の間隔があり、social distanceかな★☆
本格的蕎麦屋なので、やはりここは〝ざる〟かなと思いきや...気になるメニューを発見！
●田舎おろし
田舎・・・ʕʘ‿ʘʔ
ぶっかけ蕎麦に、大量の大根おろしと鰹節。
暑い日には持ってこい的なお蕎麦です。
正直蕎麦はあまり詳しくありませんが、色が白よりなので一番粉に近いものを使用している様子。
おろしのない部分を人啜り...香ばしい蕎麦の香りが僅かに...
そして、繊細な甘みに加えて、食感・喉越しは爽快です☆★☆
ぶっかけつゆは、濃くもなく薄くもなく、全て注入(☝︎ ՞ਊ ՞)☝︎笑
たっぷりおろしと鰹とも相性良し(*´-`)b
《気になった点》
・大根おろしが辛く、後半は蕎麦を食べてる感じが無くなりました(^◇^;)
・個人的にぶっかけ系は、山葵が欲しい

味良し！接客良し！居心地良し！満足度の高い蕎麦屋さんだと思います。蕎麦湯もたくさん提供してくれるのでありがたいですね（^人^）
天ぷら、玉子焼き、鶏料理など蕎麦以外の気になるメニューもたくさん(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)蕎麦屋での日本酒も憧れるので、次回は夜に来たいです。ごちそうさまでしたm(._.)m
