念願叶ってやっと伺えました
九州随一の名店にて超予約困難店
小倉駅から徒歩で5分位で着きます
暖簾を潜るとカウンターが有りドーンと天寿しの看板が
カウンター下には上から水が流れていて手を洗います
これこれー これ好きなんですよねー
私が立ち食い寿司にハマったキッカケでもある
今は移転された五反田のガード下にあった都々井さん
蛇口が付いてたんですよねー
天寿しさんはお酒がありませんしつまみもありません
純粋に鮨を楽しむ為なんでしょうね
基本的にツメは塗らず柑橘と塩で食しガリも胡瓜です
元々あまりガリは食べないのでこの胡瓜がさっぱりして好きです
赤身から始まり名物のイカなど計17貫
椀物が2杯に玉と水菓子にメロン
握りの大きさもちょうど良く柑橘でさっぱりいただけます
カウンターに6名でしたが半分の3名は海外の方々で
大将の軽快なトークで和んでいきます
なかなか予約を取ることが出来ませんが
何度も伺いたい名店ではないでしょうか
