Our specialty Grilled skewer are served in two different styles, including the standard grilling method. Grilled on a hot plate, each skewer is crispy on the outside and fluffy and juicy on the inside, giving you a different texture to traditional yakitori. This dish is made by carefully skewering large pieces of ingredients, making it very filling! It is also very satisfying to eat. We use three different sauces to season the skewers, taking into consideration the compatibility with each ingredient. Our signature dish, "pork belly," is recommended. Please try it when you visit!
