炉端焼き
北九州小倉鍛冶町。南国ビルの一階。横です。
大将が変わったらしく三代目となっています。
メニューは串焼き（牛タン・とろ玉ベーコン）や焼（ホタテバターや大海老塩焼）・鉄板（ゲソバターやクジラステーキ）など多種多様。
今回は刺身の盛り合わせ・ヤマメの串焼き・金目鯛の塩焼き・もち豚バラ（串焼）・つくね卵黄・粋なアイスをオーダー。
ヤマメの串焼き。塩加減は薄め。大根おろしとレモンと卓上の醤油で完成する絶品な一品。福岡県さんです。
金目鯛。ネタが新鮮。滅茶苦茶うまい。
もち豚バラ。塩味濃いめ。ビールに合う。
つくね卵黄。これが絶品。フワフワのつくねと卵が最高。
粋なアイス。チョコレート大福のアイス。白桃とバナナ入り。
お通しは野菜の食べ放題。6種類のディップから好きなものを選べます。このディップが美味い。
ごちそうさまでした。

北九州市小倉北区鍛冶町。南国ビルの1階。浅香通り側の脇道。
2回目の利用です。今回は4名で利用。なんかいろいろ頼んだのですが量が多いので自分が食べたものだけ記載。
巌流って名前のお店は下関や若松にもありますが関係はないらしいです。
さて、メニューですが前回とは若干違いました。アップデートされた感じ。活き車海老やのどぐろの塩焼き・黒毛和牛はらみがお得メニューでお店のオススメかな。
今回は刺身の盛りわせから小次郎(1人前〜2人前)。原始焼から糸島豚バラ・とろイワシ・朝〆ささみレアの串。炉端からかき焼・サザエのつぼ焼き・まて貝をオーダー。
刺身はかなり新鮮。タイ美味かった。トロも脂がのっていて口の中でとける感じ。
糸島豚バラ。塩加減が絶妙で素材の良さがわかる。脂が美味い。
朝〆ささみレア。こちらも素材がいい。ささみはレアが美味い。
かき焼き。今年はかきが少ないらしいけどこちらのかきは大きく旨みもしっかり。
サザエのつぼ焼き。火がついた状態で提供。
どれも美味かったな。全部素材がいいんだよな。ちなみにお通しは前回と変わらず。
