ノドグロがなかったのでクロムツを注文。前回食べたノドグロほど脂の旨みみたいなのは無かったけど
絶妙な焼き加減で美味しかったです(^^)
そして今回初めて食べた長芋の炉端焼きが美味しかった！外はカリっと中はホッコリとサクッリのハーモーニー食感♪刺身に添えてあったワサビを少しのせたりしながらいただきました。
