原始焼きってどんなん？と小倉駅から徒歩8分の
「三代目 巌流」さんにお邪魔しました。
新鮮な魚や肉などを串焼きにして囲炉裏で
横からの熱で焼き上げる「原始焼き」。
アカムツ(ノドグロ)もありましたが本日のおすすめ
今が旬のクロムツを注文。
外は香ばしく、中はふわふわ、塩加減もちょうど
いい感じでとても美味しい！
初めて食べた「丸ハツ」やワサビで食べる「肝」も
美味しかったです。
お通しの野菜スティックは、食べ放題で自家製
ディップもグッと！
日本酒は九州を中心に獺祭ほか全てグラス500円は
うれしいね。
店内は活気があって、そしてコスパも高く再訪決定！
