北九州市小倉北区。鍛冶町。美松コア横のビル２Ｆにあります。
以前、大好きな焼肉「寿園」さんに行こうとしていた所、目に入り気になっていました。最近オープン。
店内はかなり広く４人テーブルが１０？ほど。奥に個室もありました。店内の雰囲気は若干暗くしてピンスポットで照らすような感じ。接客は黒服みたいなボーイさんがおり、飲み物が空になるとバイトさんから声をかけられました。
・お勧めの付いた辛口ロース…青唐辛子がついてあり、もちろんつけると超辛い。酒のあてにいいかも。
・ナムル…若干辛口風ナムル。
・テールスープ…あっさり目のテールスープ。このまま、麺を入れると塩ラーメンになるなぁ～。
・希少部位３点モリ…山葵醤油とタレバージョンがありました。
・下駄カルビ…歯ごたえたっぷり。
こちらのタレは、卵ごはんにかけたくなるような味でした♪甘目だけれど、甘すぎずコクがあるみたいな。
食べ終わった後に、サービスでパイナップルが出てきました。焼肉の後は、こんなさっぱり嬉しいですねぇ～♪
珍しいなと感じたことが、アンケート（無記名）に回答するとドレッシングをいただきました♪
二人でビール２杯で7,080円也。
