最近オープンしたばかりのお店みたいで、店内はピカピカ。
奥まった場所にあり少し分りづらいが、店内は黒で統一され落ち着いた大人な空間。
宴会でというよりは少人数やお忍びで行くには◎
和牛専門のお店という事もあり肉質は申し分なし。しかもリーズナブル！！
いいお肉なので是非、塩で食べてみて欲しいと思った。
初めて聞くような珍しいお肉がたくあんあったが、部位表やお肉一皿づつに商品名が書いてあるので、ビギナーな私にはうれしいサービス。
牛刺し、とも三角、ロース、丸腸、ギアラ等々色々食べたが、僕的には辛カルビがおすすめ！！
ピリッと辛くてビールに合う！！これからの季節にいいのでは！？
最後に食べた、オリジナルプリンもビターで大人！！
ゆっくり、食事を楽しみたいときに是非行ってみて欲しいお店でした。
※若勝バーガーなるお持ち帰りメニューが気になった。いつかチャレンジします。
